Delinquencies Listing

The purpose of this page is to allow patrons to search for delinquencies on their account. They are broken into two categories as noted below. These lists will be updated every couple weeks. Balances are not listed on either list, as they change monthly as interest is added. For balance information, please call the office at the number below.

Delinquencies - These are accounts that are past due for one or more billing years, but do not yet have a tax deed against them. This list is in PDF format and is searchable. Click the link to go to the PDF listing. Once the PDF is open, click in the FIND bar that is usually located at the top right side of the page. Type a name and if it is listed, you will be taken to that name on the list.

Tax Deed List - These accounts have a tax deed lien against them. The property cannot be sold with clear title until this lien is paid off. This list is in PDF format and is searchable. Click the link to go to the PDF listing. Once the PDF is open, click in the FIND bar that is usually located at the top right side of the page. Type a name and if it is listed, you will be taken to that name on the list.
