Delinquencies Listing

The purpose of this page is to allow patrons to search for tax deeds on their account. These lists will be updated every couple weeks. Balances are not listed as they change monthly as interest is added. For balance information, please call the office at the number below.

Tax Deed List - These accounts have a tax deed against them. The property cannot be sold with clear title until this lien is paid off. This list is in PDF format and is searchable. Click the link to go to the PDF listing. Once the PDF is open, click in the FIND bar that is usually located at the top right side of the page. Type a name and if it is listed, you will be taken to that name on the list.
